First Nudes-1971

While doing some studio cleaning I found a binder of
unmounted chrome and among them a roll of Ektachrome
from 1971. I took these while a freshman and the shoot was
in my dorm room, the models name is lost to the ages, if you
know her from 1971, let me know!
The images themselves are not very interesting in themselves
but more a marker, I would like to think I've
come a long way since then.

The Young Artist & his model

I've been scanning some older work from the 70's and came across
this self portrait with a model from like 1974. I'm in the reflection of
a mirror and I'm pretty sure thats my Nikon F2 and my first 20mm
lens.

Katrina work revisited

Scanning some of the black and white film from my Katrina
portfolio that I shot with my Hasselblad SWC. This scene is
from the health classroom at Lawless H.S. winter 2005.

Holga nudes

This summer I shot some studio nudes with the Holga. In some ways
they look too resolved and too sharp.

Six Flags New Orleans

I was able to get into the film archives and scanned some work
I did in black & white from the site of Six Flags New Orleans,
post Katrina in 2010. All photos shot with a Nikon F5 and
Ilford HP-5 scanned on an Imacon

A Little Paris in Lafourche Parish

Did this as part of the FB page b & W challenge, my last one, taken
this spring around Mardi Gras. I used my Nikon F2 with a 24 mm non-AI lens
and Ilford HP-5 film.

Work from the last shoot refined

I have two shoots scheduled for the Tyson studio this weekend
and wanted to be sure I know the direction the shoots will take.
Went thru the best of the work from the last body/text shoot and
printed this one.

Rethinking RAW conversions

Reworking the conversions of the files I
shot this last weekend, the prints in looking
at them are too monochromatic and too warm.
